HOW MANY SUITES ARE AVAILABLE ON THE ESTATE PROPERTY? There are 5 suites our main House, Brenwood. Each Suite is furnished with a king size bed and a full size personal bathroom. The Brenwood home can host up to 10 guests. Our Carriage House features 5 suites furnished with Queen size beds that can be converted into twin sizes for more housing accommodations. Our Carriage house can host comfortably up to 10 guests.

ARE THERE ANY TWIN SIZE BEDS? There are 5 suites our Carriage House that are furnished with unique adaptable queen beds. These queens can be split at any time into twin sizes paired with their own set of fresh linens for your comfort.

WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE ESTATE ACCOMODATIONS? Every suite on our property is furnished with the finest furniture and decorations to enhance your experience. All suites come with a private bathroom stocked with any toiletry items you may need throughout your stay including robes, fresh linens, towels, and more. In our Carriage House, a coffee bar with a mini fridge and sink area has been a hit with prior guests! But don't worry, if you are staying in Brenwood, we have a coffee armoire located in the kitchen of the main level that is completely at your disposal.

ARE THERE ANY AREAS OF THE PROPERTY THAT ARE OFF LIMITS? Not at all, and we are proud to say so! We created this space for you to enjoy and fellowship and bond with your friend and loved ones. We encourage you to explore our well-manicured grounds, ponds, gardens, and also enjoy a self-guided tour of Brenwood. Help yourself to coffee, books, a dip in the pool, and so many other fun amenities and adventures you may encounter here at Estoria.

WHAT SECURITY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE TO ENSURE GUEST SAFETY? All of our suites lock! We encourage all of our guests to lock your doors at night to ensure your comfort and safety. We have never once encountered a problem of this nature at Estoria, but regardless of frequency, we have gone the extra mile to ensure each suite is able to be locked at night so that ALL can enjoy Estoria and feel completely safe at all times.

ARE THERE ANY ACCOMMODATIONS FOR WHEELCHAIR OR DISABILITY? Yes. Our main Estate is equipped with an indoor elevator to aid guests in need. Our carriage house is accessible with a ramp. There however is no elevator in the Carriage house. If you are handicapped or are in need of accommodation, please be sure to speak to our event specialist for more information.

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE ESTATE? To maintain the integrity of the Estate and keep the experience accessible and luxurious to everyone, we unfortunately do not allow pets inside the Estate. If you are interested in boarding your pet, there are several resources available in Fort Wayne, Indiana - only a 25 minute drive from the Estoria and you are more than welcome to utilize those measures if you are unable to leave your furry friend at home!

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS OR GUIDELINES ABOUT CEREMONY & RECEPTION SPACES? To maintain the integrity of the Estate, we do have limitations on some decor. Nailing or gluing decor into wood, rock, or another material is strictly prohibited as this hinders our ability to preserve Estoria and all of its amenities and accommodations. Open flame is permitted only in outdoor spaces and must be contained in a glass vase with more than 2 inches taller than the flame. The use of sparklers are permitted in our outdoor areas only and must be accompanied with necessary liquids to dispose of used or burnt sparklers. WHAT IS THE AVAILABILITY OF PARKING FACILITIES FOR GUESTS? Our Estate can host more than 150 cars on site. With two lots in the back, and several lots in the front, we pride ourselves on our ability to host guests of large and small parties. Unfortunately, we do not offer shuttle services from parking lots, however, many of our walkways have ramps and handrails available to you for your safety and accessibility.

HOW MANY POTENTIAL EVENT LOCATIONS DO THE GROUNDS OFFER? The wonderful thing about Estoria is that it is so versatile. We are proud to acknowledge that we have about every option under the sun given different seasons of the year. Our front lawn has been used quite frequently in past events, as well as our gazebo, terrace, garden, tennis court, and indoor living room area. These are just ideas! Often times, our brides envision something that has never been done here before and we make it happen! We love exploring new ways to serve our guests while also experiencing entirely new aspects of the Estate.

IS ALCOHOL PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES DURING AN EVENT? Yes. Prior to the start of your event, it is crucial that we ensure that alcohol is being distributed by a licensed bartender. If a guest appears or is under the influence and is a risk to themselves, other guests, and the property, they will be kindly asked to leave. We do not tolerate underage drinking or consuming alcohol past the legal limit on our premises.

CAN YOU PROVIDE DETAIL ON SPACES AVAILABLE FOR MEETINGS & CONFERENCES? One of the things we love about our Estate is how versatile it is. At Estoria, we have a number of quality spaces that accommodate you and your team. Downstairs of Brenwood, we have a state of the art theater room equipped with a smart board, projector, sunblind blockers, round table setup, whiteboards, and more. Upstairs in Brenwood, we also recommend the conservatory as a wonderful light-filled way to converse amongst colleagues.

IS WIFI PROVIDED AT ESTORIA? Absolutely.

WHEN WAS ESTORIA BUILT? Estoria was originally built in 1985 and served as a family home of Darlye & Brenda Doden and their 5 children. The house was put under construction again in 2010 where you now see many amenities that were not available at the time of the first build. Our carriage house was built in 2010 to accommodate our growing family. All 5 children of Brenda & Daryle are married and have children of their own, and some grandchildren are now married, blessing Brenda & Daryle with 17 grandchildren. IS THE ESTATE A HOME? Yes! Estoria served as a family home of Darlye & Brenda Doden and their 5 children. Our carriage house was built in 2010 to accomodate our growing family. All 5 children of Brenda & Daryle are married and have children of their own, and some grandchildren are now married, blessing Brenda & Daryle with 17 grandchildren.

IS THE ESTATE PRIVATELY OWNED? Yes! We gather here often as a family. This Estate is used every year for a variety of events and gatherings. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, July 4th, and birthdays of children and grandchildren are just some of many events that host our family. Daryle & Brenda have generously created spaces for community and hospitality of any age. They designed this space with family in mind and we enjoy it to the fullest and use the Estate as a refuge for worship in the form of hospitality.
